We review every report, and reports involving child safety or imminent harm are escalated immediately. Kyma API is operated by Affitor LLC (Wyoming, USA).

What to include

A clear report helps us act fast. Where possible, include:

  • What you found and why it violates the policy.
  • Where you found it — URLs, app or product name, screenshots.
  • Any request IDs, timestamps, or model names if you have them.
  • How to reach you for follow-up (optional — you can report anonymously).

What happens next

We acknowledge reports within a few business days and prioritize by severity. Child-safety and imminent-harm reports are actioned immediately and, where required, reported to authorities. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve evidence as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
